Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for you to join us as a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) in the electronics manufacturing division—a position that directly impacts our customer relationships, market development, and growth.

Quantec Services GmbH is an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider based in Goslar. In this role, you will serve as the key link between our customers and our company. You will manage existing business partners, develop new customer relationships, and present our EMS services in a convincing, solution-oriented, and technically proficient manner.

You combine technical expertise with sales skills, conduct price negotiations, analyze markets, develop business expansion strategies, and manage projects from the initial inquiry through to successful completion. With your communication skills and professional approach, you play a key role in opening up new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships.

Key-Account-Manager (m/w/d) / Elektronikfertigung EMS

Here’s what you can do for us:

  • Sales and customer service

  • Initial contact by phone, on-site presentation and solution finding, including preparation of quotes, negotiations, and long-term customer and contact management

  • You contribute your ideas for new areas of application and new ways to attract customers

  • Independent sales role with revenue targets

  • Providing technical advice to customers and leading price negotiations

  • Acquisition of new customers

  • Optionally, you may also be involved in sales activities for our products that require explanation

  • Market analysis and development of new market strategies

  • Back-office tasks

Your profile:

  • Ideally, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration with technical knowledge. Alternatively: vocational training as an electrical technician with knowledge or skills in electronics; business sales training with a technical background; or a comparable qualification.

  • Several years of professional experience in sales or key account management.

  • Experience in printed circuit board manufacturing or technical knowledge of electronics in the industrial sector is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems.

  • Fluency in spoken and written german, along with knowledge of english, complete your profile.

  • Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
