UPS/POWER SUPPLY CONTROL CABINET

The Quantec UPS /power supply control cabinet integrates the power supply, the uninterruptible power supply and the energy storage in one single cabinet. It provides all terminal blocks to connect each component of the obstruction light system and also can provide additional function to the system via a an USB flash drive.

Example: integration into a radio network:

  • One beacon is connected to the visibility meter
  • The connected beacon distributes the information of the visibility meter to all other beacons within the range of the network
  • Beacons which are out of range of the connected fire will get the information from beacons which are placed within range
  • Switching from day to night mode is synchronized via the radio network

Connectbox

The Quantec Connect Box completely integrates 6 terminals for connecting tower lights with M12 connector and one terminal for connecting a second connect box inside a compact housing.

Optional as Switch Sense variation for external tower lights available with integrated digitally adjustable current monitoring relay for fault detection at the tower light output.
